Introductions

Hi world!  I am new at this blogging thing so bear with me. I want to share a little bit about myself and my expectations for this blog before I jump in.

I am an ex-career woman who decided to stay home to raise my first beautiful daughter and focus on being the best wife and mommy that I can be. My husband does a great job working hard to support our little family but times are tough and with a pile of student loans (sadly, they’re mine)  and all of the expenses that come along with having a new baby, money can get tight (very tight)! It has been tough making the transition to a single income. We have had to give up a lot in order for me to stay home with Miss Baby. Some times it seems impossible, yet here we are. I have been learning to cook, sew, cut coupons and do without over this past year and these are some of the things I would like to share with you.

I would also like to share about my journey to live a more “natural” lifestyle. This includes a lot of DIY and homemade solutions to everyday beauty concerns, household chores, baby care, etc.

I can’t promise that my blog is going to change your life, but I hope that you will let me share my experiences with you and along the way you can share some with me. I pray that what I share is both inspiring and helpful.
